1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of your purchase date.

  • Refunds are only available if less than 30% of the course content has been accessed or completed.

  • Refunds do not apply to courses purchased at a discounted or promotional rate, unless otherwise stated.

  • No refunds will be issued for digital downloads, certificates already issued, or completed courses.


2. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name

  • Email address used for registration

  • Order number or payment proof

  • The reason for your refund request

Our support team will review your request and get back to you within 3 business days.


3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
